What is WPS in the UAE?
The Wage Protection System is the UAE salary transfer system. Employers registered with MOHRE pay salaries through an approved bank or exchange house, so authorities can confirm that employees are paid in full and on time.
Do you calculate end-of-service gratuity?
Yes. We calculate gratuity, leave salary and final dues using each employee's contract and service period, in line with UAE labour law.
Do you need access to our bank account?
No. We prepare the payroll and the WPS salary file. Your company approves and releases the payment through its own bank or exchange house.
